You know how when you hear a news story that is almost unbelievable and you say, “Only in [enter location here]?”

Well, this story could only come from California, and it does take the cake.

The State Senate of California has passed legislation for the “decriminalization of prostitution for minors.” Gov. Jerry Brown has signed off on the measure, as well.

Your eyes are not deceiving you. California has made underage prostitution legal.

California Senate Bill 1322 (SB 1322) clearly states:

Existing law makes it a crime to solicit or engage in any act of prostitution. Existing law makes it a crime to loiter in any public place with the intent to commit prostitution.

This bill would make the above provisions inapplicable to a child under 18 years of age who is alleged…

20 ways MB Obama Used His Presidency To Set Israel Up For Destruction

Reclaim Our Republic

The recent sell out by Obama in which, for the first time ever, the U.S. refused to veto an anti-Israel U.N. resolution concerning Israeli settlements was just the tip of an iceberg. Indeed, while Obama pretended to be pro-Israel, he and his team of anti-Semitic middle eastern advisors did everything they could over the last 8 years to undermine Israel, clearly in an attempt to weaken them so that they would eventually be destroyed by their Islamic neighbors.

The propaganda campaign initiated by Obama to convince wealthy American Jews that he was pro-Israel was a masterpiece of deception but with a compliant media that refused to cover his multitude of anti-Israeli policies and actions, we should not be surprised that many Jews to this day think Obama was a supporter of Israel.

First, its needs to be made clear that both President Obama and…

Seven Ways MB Obama Is Trying to Sabotage the Trump Administration

Reclaim Our Republic

30 Dec 2016 by John Hayward

President Barack Obama’s final weeks in office seem dedicated to setting foreign and domestic policy on fire to make life as difficult as possible on his successor, Donald Trump. Here are some of the biggest mousetraps Obama scattered across the White House floor on his way out:

Betraying Israel at the United Nations: Obama’s refusal to block a United Nations vote against Israel, his administration’s shadowy machinations to bring that ugly motion to the floor, and Secretary of State John Kerry’s long-winded broadside against Israel will leave President Trump with a massive political crisis in the Middle East, and quite possibly a security crisis, if terror groups and their “political wings” are emboldened by the rebuke of Israel.

Obama’s Israel maneuver also damages American credibility, teaching would-be allies that the United States is not the best friend to have. America’s erstwhile battlefield allies in…

The Walls Have Ears: Warrant Granted for Amazon Echo Home Data

From Antimedia, by Alice Salles

Technology has, for the better part of the last decade, changed our lives in significant and groundbreaking ways. But as technology continues to make great strides, helping us change the way we do business and live our lives, it is also employed by bureaucrats looking to keep an eye on everyone.

Thanks to Edward Snowden and others before him, like former U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) intelligence official William Binney, we now know U.S. officials make use of secret courts to gain access to phone records — ignoring due process and, of course, the 4th Amendment to the U.S. constitution. But even though the NSA revelations were widely discussed and privacy advocates have continued to press legislators and officials to justify the illegality of their actions, things seem to have only gotten worse — at least as far as official government…

DHS Now Asking Visa Applicants For Their Social Media Account Info

From Techdirt, by Tim Cushing

from the (unofficially,-of-course) dept

The outgoing president may have made Trump’s national Muslim registry tougher to create, but that doesn’t mean the US government can stop making foreigners feel unwelcome. An idea the DHS floated (to much criticism) this summer is now part of the official paperwork.

Since Tuesday, foreign travelers arriving in the United States on the visa waiver program have been presented with an “optional” request to “enter information associated with your online presence,” a government official confirmed Thursday. The prompt includes a drop-down menu that lists platforms including Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as a space for users to input their account names on those sites.

The list is actually much longer than that, covering Tumblr, Vkontakte, Github, Vine, AskFM, and Flickr. And, as can be seen here, the DHS still has this part of the application process…

An Oregon couple has been told they must destroy a 2-acre pond on their land — the property’s most attractive feature — because the government said so. Although Jon and Sabrina Carey purchased the 10-acre property near Butte Falls two and a half years ago, the pond has been in place for 40 years — […]

VIDEO House Passes Bill to”Microchip Citizens with Mental Disabilities”… And Then Those Who Speak Out

Sub Skin Microchip Turns Humans Into Nothing More Than Walking UPC Codes

Editor’s Comment: Mark of the Beast… we’ve all been warned that it is coming. What is disturbing is that while technology surrounds us and *some* have concerns about privacy, most shrug at the massive amounts of data they are collecting about our lives, and the incredible level of control the system now has over each individual. This bill passed, clinging to the broadest base of “good intentions” that it could muster, i.e. caring for those with disabilities and decline with age.

But in reality, it is a nose under the tent for a system that needs the ability to microchip dissenters, and to force cooperation on the part of the general population. In effect, everyone is now under their thumb with this, because anyone could doesn’t go along with the mass conditioning will be labeled ‘mentally –––’ and branded with a track-and-control chip. Game over.
